Practice Pranayama with Valentina, delving into this vast world of energies, inner spaces and the many psycho-physical and energetic benefits of this practice. With regular practice of pranayama you will notice an improvement in the oxygenation of the tissues and all your health, greater ease in remaining present and a calmer mind.
We’ll practice some asanas for a better sitting posture and these Pranayama techniques
Live classes, on Zoom platform. During the class Valentina will see your practice and she’ll interact with you and the other participants.
