SUNRISE ENERGY YOGA CLASS in VENICE

5 morning classes 13-17 JUNE 2022, from Monday to Friday at 7.00-8.00

in presence in Venice, at the Future Yoga School studio in Venice

Starting with energy changes the quality of our whole day. An awakened and energetic body allows us to interact with greater presence in our reality.

Sun Salutation, standing postures, back bends, twists, compensations and inverted postures.

Two weeks are scheduled for ‘Stage Alba’ Sunrise Class (Awakening 6-10 and Energy 13-17 June), you can attend both or just one week.

It is for yoga students/teachers of all levels (not beginners)
