SUNRISE WITH ENERGY YOGA CLASS IN VENICE

19- 23 SEPTEMBER 2022: five mornings yoga asana practice Monday to Friday at 7.00 – 8.00

in presence at Future Yoga School in Venice.

Starting the day with energy by training body and mind to be present through a daily practice of the Sun salutations, standing postures, sitting postures, back bends.

Two weeks are scheduled ‘Stage Alba’ Sunrise Class (With Energy 19-23 September and Balance 26-30 September), you can attend both or just one week.

The class is for yoga students/teachers of all levels (not beginners)

In collaboration with Future Yoga School
